Emma Carlow Cut Out Print Cotton Skirt | Indigo Blue

Our easy pleated skirt falls from the elasticated waist to a lower-calf length. Made from cotton scattered with a floral pattern designed by East Sussex-based artist Emma Carlow, created using a discharge method which removes or 'discharges' the original colour of the fabric to create the pattern.
